Drawing Foundations

Learning the fundamentals of art is like a key that can unlock many doors to art creation. Structured drawing fundamental classes can help students develop a skilful eye for values, perspective, anatomy, and more. These skills will help them immensely in their journey towards developing their own artistic style!

Illustration

Are you interested in drawing stylised characters in anime or cartoon styles? We offer classes to help students develop illustration skills in modern art styles using traditional and digital mediums.

Students will learn to use foundational art skills to adapt to a wide range of art styles, as well as develop their own unique artistic voice.

Painting

Painting classes at Whalesong Education will teach students fundamental skills to create beautiful landscapes, portraits, still life, and more! Students will learn skills including colour mixing, composition, and brushwork.
