Over the past week, students at Whalesong Education participated in their regular lessons - except this time, classes were themed around celebrating Dad for Father's Day!
Students learnt Chinese words related to celebrating Father's Day, such as "我爱爸爸" (I love Dad).
Then students participated in some hands-on craft, which were made as presents for Dad!

When teaching Chinese, it's important to tailor lessons to be relevant to students' lives. By combining fun Father's Day activities with Chinese learning, students were excited to have a take-home craft to gift to their dads, and parents were similarly overjoyed to hear their children say "我爱你！” (I love you!)
